Many of our gifts are created specifically for you after you place your order. This means we don't keep mass stock – we start making your selection once you've confirmed it.

Because each piece is individually produced:

• Print placement, colour, or finish may vary slightly;

• Screen colours can differ from the final product;

• Normal manufacturing tolerances in size or fit apply;

• Items in the same order may be shipped separately.

These are not defects – they're part of the character of custom-made gifts. Please double-check product descriptions, size guides, and design choices before ordering.

4. Product Info and Availability

We do our best to describe our gifts accurately – including images, materials, colours, and dimensions. However, availability isn't guaranteed. We may update, limit, or discontinue products when necessary. Any offer is void where prohibited.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in US dollars unless noted otherwise. Shipping fees, taxes, and other checkout charges are displayed before you confirm your order. International orders may also incur customs duties (see our Shipping Policy).

You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information. Payments are processed through secure third-party providers; we typically don't store full card details.

6. Order Acceptance

Placing an order doesn't automatically mean it's accepted. We review each order and may cancel or limit it for legitimate reasons, such as:

8. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to destinations available at checkout. Production time and shipping time are separate – please see our Shipping Policy for estimates, tracking, and customs info. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen due to customs, weather, holidays, carrier issues, or incorrect addresses. Multiple items may arrive in separate packages.

9. Returns, Refunds, and Issues

Our Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy explains eligibility and steps. Generally, you have 30 days after delivery to request a return. Because items are made to order, change-of-mind returns may be limited (as noted on product pages). If we accept such a return, you'll pay return shipping.

If your gift arrives damaged, defective, wrong, or incomplete, contact us promptly with photos. We'll verify and offer a replacement, correction, or refund, and cover applicable shipping costs. Never send a return without our prior authorisation and instructions.
